Flurbiprofen is a member of the phenylalkanoic acid derivative family of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It is primarily indicated as a pre-operative anti-miotic as well as orally for arthritis or dental pain. Side effects are analogous to those of ibuprofen.
